An off-grid floating home that can be attached to a boat or docked with the community. Designed to be self-sufficient when it is away from the river bank, the home consists of an outer shell covered in solar panels, a strategically placed water tank, The dock is connected to the power grid that charges the home and sewage line to empty waste water tanks.
Visualized to be a part of the river side lifestyle, the home is fully equipped with basic amenities with a fold-able deck. Built with wood and mild steel as primary materials, the cost-effectiveness of the project can also function as a getaway home.
The compact planning of the house is focused on having circulation in the outer ring which binds the volume in the center to minimize loss of space.
